Employee's filing status, passed to the compute function.
This value indicates the employee's filing status. It is used by the federal income tax (FIT), as well as some state taxes. Possible values are:

| 0 | Single |
| 1 | Head of Household |
| 2 | Qualified Widow(er) |
| 3 | Married filing jointly |
| 4 | Married filing separately |
| 5 | Married, both spouses employed |
